Our central laboratory which is located at DALC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai is accredited by the NABL ( National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration of Laboratories), India, and the College of American Pathologists (CAP). This stringent accreditations audit process is carried out after every 2 years.
You can book a home collection appointment either through our website www.relmedlab.com or by speaking to our Health Advisor on 1800 890 2444.
On receiving a home collection request, our health advisor will call back to confirm the test and schedule. On confirmation, you will receive an SMS with details of our highly trained phlebotomists and the scheduled date and timing of the home collection.
Our home collection service is available from 6 AM to 6 PM all days.
Additional home collection charges will be applicable for all tests and packages on billing values lesser than Rs.500.
Yes, you can reschedule the home collection appointment before 8 pm.
Our operational working hours are 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday and from 8 am to 2 pm on Sunday.
Yes, we are operational on Sunday till 2 pm.
Your report will be reported within 24 hours from the time of your same collection, except for a few specialised tests. TAT of such specialised tests will be informed to you through an SMS.
For receiving reports over email, you need to provide an email id at the time of registration or you can also visit our website www.relmedlab.com to download your report.
Please follow 10-12 hours of fasting instructions, if required or as suggested by your doctor.
It is not mandatory to have a prescription to get the tests or preventive health package done.
